When you send us an enquiry
If you fill in the Discovery Session form we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, the outcome and type of engagement you are interested in, and the message you write. We use it only to review your request and reply to you. Your details are stored in our customer records (HubSpot) and in a backup spreadsheet in our Google Workspace, and are seen only by our team. We do not sell your details. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person.
Cookies and similar tools
We use the tools below only if you choose Accept in the cookie bar. If you decline, none of them is loaded and they set no cookies. The site works the same either way.

These tools are run by Google, Microsoft and Meta, who may process the data they collect outside Malaysia. We do not send them your name, email or what you type in the form.
Your choices
You can change your mind at any time with the button below, or from “Cookie settings” in the page footer. Withdrawing consent removes the cookies from this browser. Your choice is remembered in this browser for about six months, then we ask again.
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email contact@govirallab.com and we will respond under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
