The Challenge

When we first came on board to consult Aihome, the industry was seeing a massive boom in marketplaces, with Shopee and Lazada then taking the front stage in user acquisition, usage, and growth. Aihome was looking for an effective marketing solution to drive increased traffic to their brand webstore, in efforts to boost their digital retail presence.

The challenge posed itself as the large marketplaces have achieved familiarity status amongst online users, where many vendors on the said marketplaces were deploying cutthroat price-slashing techniques for customer acquisition purposes. To allow Aihome to be able to slash through the noise, and to pull customers away from the said marketplaces into their own webstore, a funnel had to be created.
